1.2 Small Carriage
Confuse the relationship between KVA and KW, treat KVA as KW, exaggerate the power, and sell to customers. In fact, KVA is commonly used abroad, and the effective power of KW is commonly used domestically. The relationship between them is 1KW=1.25KVA. The import unit is generally indicated by KVA, and the domestic electrical equipment is generally indicated by KW, so when calculating the power, it should be converted to KW by KVA and discounted by 20%.
Generator Part
The function of generator is to convert the power of diesel engine into electric energy, which is directly related to the quality and stability of the output power.
2.1 Stator coil
The stator coil was originally made of all-copper wire, but with the improvement of wire making technology, copper coated aluminum core wire appeared. Unlike the copper-coated aluminum wire, the copper-coated aluminum core wire is made of copper-coated aluminum using a special die during wire drawing, and the copper layer is much thicker than the copper-coated aluminum.
